Barry Reavill - General Manager 
Our own Silver Back. Barry has spent the past 30 years working in Communications. From 1978 until 1992 he rose through the ranks from Sales Engineer to Managing Director at Texscan Instruments Ltd. In this time Barry worked on LAN’s, Defence Electronics and Cable TV. In 1992 he left Texscan with Jonathan, Trevor and one other to set up Trilithic Limited, which today is know as Asheridge Communications.
In his time off, Barry can be spotted scaring fish in various waters as a BSAC dive eader and trying to keep up with his grandchildren!

Jonathan Rigby - Sales and Marketing Director 
Know as Chins to his friends for obvious reasons!. Jonathan's working life started in the Royal Navy attempting to keep Her Majesty’s Warships afloat and operational. Marriage put an end to this in 1988 and he joined Texscan Instruments as a Sales Engineer. He has spent the time from then until now working on Cable TV and, in the past 4 years, the Custom Installs/Home Networking. In an attempt to double his vocabulary, Jonathan recently did his MBA at Henley Management College. All the staff would like to thank him for his new ideas! He has a passion for cars and is known to change them quicker than most people have hot dinners. When not out driving or keeping his wife and daughters happy, Jonathan is known as the Bandit by his Golfing friends.

Trevor Banks - Finance Director 
Trevor was asked to join Texscan in the 80's by Barry after doing an outstanding job auditing the accounts. Since then Trevor has helped look after Texscan UK and European finances before joining together with Barry and Jonathan to launch Trilithic (now Asheridge).
In his spare time, of which he claims to have none, Trevor likes to take photographs and make things from wood (please don't commission him for anything as past performance indicates that you could wait a while)

Kevin Swanton - UK Sales Director 
Our very own Sales Terrier and gadget man, Kevin looks after sales in the UK. After finishing school, Kevin joined the RAF as an engineer trying to keep planes on course. On completion of his military service, Kevin went into sales of Fibre Optic and Electronic Components with Walmore. In 1997 his talent was spotted by Jonathan and he joined the company. Kevin has spent his time in Cable TV and for the past 4 years developing the Custom Installs/Home Networking division for Asheridge.
Kevin lives in North Wales and enjoys keeping his two boys active and out of danger as well as attempting half marathons.

Adam Soccorsy - European Business Development Manager 
The cultural mix of Asheridge is boosted by having Adam, an American, on board. Adam spent his early years trekking round the world after graduating with a degree in Spanish. During this time he met his English rose and got married. He has spent time working in Cable TV in the USA, before coming over to Europe to work on Business Development for PCT. In 2004 he joined Asheridge and plays an important role in our Spanish office as well as other parts of Central and Eastern Europe.
Adam and his family enjoy travelling the world and seeing the sights as well as trying to beat Kevins half marathon time.

Mark Bridges - Sales Engineer 
The newest addition to Asheridge, so new he's still not had an Asheridge shirt made in XXXL for him. Having come from an eclectic background, including theatre and television lighting and more recently doing an Al Murray impression as a pub landlord, he now has a wide brief, which includes this website.
That's the reason you'll never see one of his many derogatory nicknames here. His main hobby is volunteer work for the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) at the Great British Beer Festival. He still enjoys a little photography, especially with a vintage SLR camera.
